- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cups cannabis-infused oil or butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions , finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Soy sauce, for serving
- Sesame oil, for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped green onions, cannabis-infused oil or butter, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
- In another mixing bowl, gradually add water to the all-purpose flour, stirring until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut into circles using a cookie cutter or a glass.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges by pressing with a fork.
- In a large pot or steamer, bring water to a boil. Place the dumplings in the steamer basket and steam for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Optionally, you can pan-fry the dumplings for a crispy texture. Heat some oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the dumplings. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with soy sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil.
