Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Rolling Pin
  • Large pot or steamer
  • Skillet or frying pan

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cups cannabis-infused oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions , finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Soy sauce, for serving
  • Sesame oil, for serving

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped green onions, cannabis-infused oil or butter, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  • In another mixing bowl, gradually add water to the all-purpose flour, stirring until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut into circles using a cookie cutter or a glass.
  • Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges by pressing with a fork.
  • In a large pot or steamer, bring water to a boil. Place the dumplings in the steamer basket and steam for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Optionally, you can pan-fry the dumplings for a crispy texture. Heat some oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the dumplings. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve hot with soy sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil.

Notes

  • Ensure proper dosage of cannabis-infused oil or butter to avoid overconsumption.
  • Adjust the amount of cannabis-infused oil or butter according to personal preference and tolerance.
  • These dumplings can be frozen for later consumption. Allow them to cool completely before freezing, and reheat by steaming or pan-frying when ready to eat.
