Cost: approx. $15
Instructions
- To get things started with this recipe, you’ll first need to rearrange your oven rack. Place it in the “Upper-Middle” slot, before firing up your oven to 350°.
- Next, you’ll want to place your cannabis-infused butter into an 8” square pan. You will then place it in the oven, but only long enough for the butter to fully melt – not burn. And when that happens, quickly remove it from the oven.
- Then, in a mixing bowl, you’ll need to whisk together your salt, baking powder, flour, and ¾ cup of sugar. When those are fully incorporated with one another, add in your milk, and keep whisking everything together, until the contents take on a smooth, batter-like consistency and texture.
- Following that, you’ll distribute that batter into your infused butter pan, and then, on top of that, you’ll strategically apply a smattering of fruit. Top that whole thing off with your final tablespoon of sugar.
- When your oven is ready, pop that pan inside to bake for 50-60 minutes. When you see the batter starting to brown, and the fruit beginning to bubble, you can take it out of the oven.
- Then, once out of the oven, you’ll want to add a scoop of ice cream (maybe even some whipped cream) to each portion, and serve it up while it’s still nice and warm.
Notes
There you have it. A truly amazing recipe for a Cannabis Fruit Cobbler that you won’t soon forget. In fact, it may become one of your new “go-to” edibles.
This sucker sure is tasty, so remember to tread lightly with it. While it may be delicious, you won’t want to overindulge in too much too fast, as that may result in some unwanted “too high” moments. Just take a little bit at a time, and I guarantee, you’ll have an absolutely amazing experience.
Enjoy!
