The first thing you’re going to want to do is place all of your cannabis flower into a sheet of cheesecloth, along with your dried rose buds and chamomile.
Form the cloth into a pouch (or tea bag) shape, and tie off the top with your twine. Should you have a professional tea infuser device already, you can forgo that cheesecloth route, and simply place those same ingredients inside of the infuser.
However you choose to “package” your tea ingredients, you’ll then place them in a cup full of hot water. Let those ingredients steep in that hot liquid for around 10 minutes.
That should be enough time for the THC and flavors to fully infuse themselves in the water. At which point, you can remove the infuser, or keep it in, as you sip your Homemade THC Tea.
Personally, I enjoy adding some honey and coconut milk to the mix. I find that it really rounds out the calming flavor profile, but it isn’t a requirement. So, if you want to keep it as is, that is more than fine.
