Equipment

  • 9” x 13” baking dish
  • Cup
  • Teaspoon
  • Oven
  • Saucepan

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Cannabis-Infused Butter Melted
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Mushrooms Halved
  • 2 Slices Thick Bacon
  • 1 Cloves Garlic Crushed
  • 1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • 2 Whole Bone-In Chicken Breast Halves w/ Skin

Instructions

  • For starters, preheat your oven to 350°.
  • Then, you’ll need to pour your melted cannabis-infused butter into your baking dish.
  • Follow that up with your chicken, but be sure to do so with its skin-side facing downward. Top that off with your garlic and a sprinkling of seasoning salt.
  • Turn your chicken pieces over, and apply another layer of seasoning to them, before strategically laying your bacon strips on top of them. Lastly, you’ll want to scatter your mushrooms on top of everything.
  • When your oven is ready, toss the dish inside to bake for anywhere between 45-60 minutes. You’ll know the chicken is good to go when the juices are running clear, and there is no more pink in the center at all.
  • At this point, you’ll remove the chicken from the oven, but be sure to place them on a platter that’ll ensure they maintain their warmth for the time being.
  • Next, take the juices from the baking dish, and pour them into a saucepan over “Low” heat. Whisk those juices together with your cream, until the contents start to thicken up.
  • When that happens, pour that thickened sauce over the chicken resting on the platter, and proceed to serve it up while it’s still nice and warm.

Notes

And that’s how you make THC Bacon Mushroom Chicken at home like a pro!
