Kick things off by heating up your Dutch oven over “Medium-to-High” heat.
In it, you’ll proceed to stir and cook your delicious beef and onion. Keep them in there for 5-7 minutes, until they are crumbly and expertly browned. When that happens, drain out, and get rid of that excess grease.
Next, add in your salt, pepper, garlic, water, tomato sauce, tomatoes, and cabbage.
Bring all of those delectable elements to a full-on boil.
When you reach that boiling point, pop the top on the Dutch oven, lower the heat, and let those ingredients simmer with one another, until the cabbage is visibly tender. That typically takes a half hour or so.
When that 30 minute time period is over, remove it from the heat completely, and stir in your desired amount of cannabis tincture. Really be sure to stir it in thoroughly, as you’re looking to evenly disperse that potent ingredient throughout the contents.
Upon completing that, the only thing left to do is serve it up!
