Carefully transfer the cut chips to the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart to allow for even baking
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the chips are crisp and golden brown around the edges
Remove from the oven and allow the chips to cool completely on the baking sheet
