Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper or silicone baking mat
  • Mixing bowl
  • Rolling Pin
  • Pizza cutter or sharp knife

Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn flour (masa harina)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons cannabis-infused butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup warm water

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the corn flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, and chili powder (if using). Mix well to combine
  • Add the melted cannabis-infused butter to the dry ingredients and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs
  • Gradually add the warm water to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms. The dough should hold together but not be too sticky
  • Divide the dough into two equal portions. Roll out each portion between two sheets of parchment paper or plastic wrap until very thin, about 1/16 inch thick
  • Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the rolled-out dough into triangles or any desired shape for your chips
  • Carefully transfer the cut chips to the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart to allow for even baking
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the chips are crisp and golden brown around the edges
  • Remove from the oven and allow the chips to cool completely on the baking sheet
  • Once cooled, serve your Cannabis Corn Chips with your favorite dips, salsas, or enjoy them on their own as a tasty snack

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of cannabis-infused butter according to your desired potency and tolerance level.
  • Store any leftover Cannabis Corn Chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-4 days.
