For starters, you’ll want to preheat that oven of yours to a classic 375°.
As that warms up, grab a couple of fairly shallow bowls to use as your breading station. In one bowl, place your eggs, and in the other, place your cracker crumbs.
In the bowl with the cracker crumbs, you’ll want to stir in your pepper and garlic salt.
Next, you’ll dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then dredge them in your cracker crumb bowl, until they are fully coated.
After you’ve done that process with all of your chicken, place them on a 9” x 13” baking dish. Around the coated chicken, strategically place your pieces of cannabis-infused butter. This is where the butter flavor and cannabis potency will come from, so be smart with your placement of them in the baking dish.
When your oven is good and ready, toss that baking dish in for roughly 40 minutes or so. When the chicken doesn’t have any more pink coloring, and its juices are clear, you’ll know they are ready to take out.
The only thing left to do at this point is remove them from the oven, plop them onto a plate, and apply any leftover butter that may be lingering in the pan, or add a dollop of additional cannabis-infused butter on each piece , if you’d like. But, if you’d rather just eat them as is, that’s totally fine, too.
