For starters, you’ll want to grab a 9” x 13” dish, and crumble that Angel Food cake inside of it. I understand this may seem counterproductive, but trust me, it’ll all make sense in the end.
After you’ve done that, grab a moderately-sized mixing bowl. In it, beat together your cream cheese and sugar. Keep beating those elements together until the contents take on an airy, almost fluffy texture.
When that happens, fold in your whipped topping, and add in half of your desired amount of tincture. Remember to stir everything up as best you can, to ensure that the potency of the tincture is evenly dispersed throughout.
Next, using your hands, strategically smash the cake down in the dish, before spreading that infused cream cheese mixture over it.
Following that, grab another bowl, and in this one, mix together your glaze and fresh strawberries. When those are fully incorporated with one another, add in the remaining half of your desired amount of tincture. And, again, do your best to evenly disperse this potent ingredient throughout this delicious mixture.
Then, you’ll take that infused strawberry glaze mixture, and spread it over the entirety of your cream cheese layer in the dish. Once that is evenly spread, and everything is looking delicious, toss it in the fridge for a bit, so it can chill for a while before you serve it up.
When the time is right, remove it from the fridge, and cut it into 18 equal servings.
