To kick things off, you’ll need a mixing bowl. In it, combine your cannabis-infused olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, ranch dressing, sugar, pepper, white vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and rosemary.
After you feel like you’ve done an adequate job stirring those ingredients together, you should let those flavors sit amongst themselves for roughly 5 minutes or so.
When that brief time period is over, you can carefully place your chicken inside the bowl, and coat every single piece in those delicious juices.
The second you feel like all the surface area of the chicken is properly coated and covered with that marinade, cover up the bowl, and throw it in the fridge for half an hour.
Next, you’ll want to preheat that grill of yours. I’d say aim to set it for “Medium-to-High” heat.
As that warms up, grab your skewers, and start threading those marinated pieces of chicken onto them.
Before you place your skewers on the grill, lightly oil the grates to ensure that no sticking occurs during the grilling process. Following that, you can place your skewers on the grill.
Let those chicken skewers cook for 10-12 minutes. You’ll know they are ready once the chicken isn’t sporting any sort of pink hue in the center. When you see that, and nothing but “clear juices,” you are good to go.
Only thing left to do at this point is remove them from the grill, pick out your favorite, and chow down!
