Ingredients

8-10 Droppers of THC Tincture
¾ Cup of Nutella Spread
½ Teaspoon of Vanilla Bean Paste
3 Eggs Room Temperature
½ Cup of Full Fat Plain Yogurt Room Temperature
½ Cup of Cream Cheese Room Temperature
½ Cup of White Sugar
¾ Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 ¼ Cups of All-Purpose Flour

Instructions

To kick things off, preheat your oven to 325°, and grease up a 9” x 5” loaf pan.
Next, grab a mixing bowl. In it, whisk together your baking powder and flour, and set that to the side for the time being.
In another mixing bowl, cream your sugar and cream cheese together with the help of an electric mixer. Keep that going until the contents are light and airy.
When you see that, you can proceed to stir in your yogurt. Follow that up by beating in your eggs, one at a time.
At this point, you can add in your vanilla bean paste, as well.
Then, take that flour mixture from before, and gradually add that into the cream cheese mixture, but do so on a “Low” speed setting. The last thing you want to do here is overmix, so be careful.
Now, grab a microwave-safe bowl. In it, warm up your Nutella, but don’t let it bubble, just warm it. That usually takes about a minute or so. Stir it up and pay attention to the consistency throughout that short time period.
Once you’re happy with how your Nutella is looking, stir in your desired amount of THC tincture.
Next, distribute roughly ½ of that cake batter into your previously-greased loaf pan. Follow that up with ⅔ of your infused Nutella, and when you do, swirl it on top of the batter to give it a cool visual effect.
Top that off with your remaining batter, and again, swirl your remaining Nutella on top of that.
You can then use a skewer of sorts to manipulate and enhance the swirl pattern of the infused spread. You’re aiming to make everything look like marble.
When your oven is ready, toss this sucker inside to bake for about 50 minutes. Then, once it passes that traditional “toothpick test of done-ness,” you can remove it from the oven, and place it on the counter to cool down a touch before removing from the pan.
