First off, grab an appropriately sized bowl to mix things in. You don’t need to go crazy with a super large pot or anything, just something that you feel would suffice given the amount of ingredients. In my personal experience, I find that utilizing the real estate of a medium-sized bowl tends to do the trick, but I suppose it’s really up to you.
In whatever bowl you choose to go with, mash those avocados. And I mean, mash ‘em. Some people prefer a more chunky, robust guacamole, which is fine. Hey, to each their own, and whatnot. But for me, I go for the more smooth consistency. I just feel like it's easier to dip and enjoy, but again, this really all comes down to how you want your final product to look. Remember, there are no wrong answers when we’re talking guac.
Once you feel like those avocados are mashed to your preferred consistency, take your lime juice, salt, and cannabis oil - and toss them into the mix. Keep that mashing motion going, as you’ll want to adequately incorporate all these amazing flavors in with that potent oil.
Then, a few seconds after that, you can start to mix in your cilantro, onion, garlic, tomatoes, and decarboxylated cannabis flower. But that’s not all. Don’t forget to stir in that game-changing cayenne pepper, as well. It may not seem like much at the time, but trust me, a little of that stuff goes a long way in this recipe.
When all of that is complete, the only thing left for you to do is grab that bowl and head on over to the fridge.
Place it in your refrigerator for at least an hour. This gives those ingredients ample time to intertwine themselves with one another in culinary bliss.
Sure, you could also serve this up immediately, but wouldn’t it be better to get the most out of your guacamole? I mean, you just worked so hard on it, why fumble at the goal line, so to speak?
