First off, you’ll need to get a big mixing bowl. In it, combine your cannabis-infused butter, white sugar, 2 ounces of your melted chocolate, vanilla extract, and milk.
Once those are adequately combined with one another, mix in your baking powder, chopped pecans, salt, and flour. But be sure to do so at a fairly slow tempo. We’re looking to create some rather soft dough here, so don’t overdo it.
After that, strategically cut that newly-created dough in half, and place it in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.
Following that, preheat your oven to a standard 400°.
As that warms up, mold the dough around a halved caramel. Repeat that process with the rest of your caramels and dough.
Then, you will take each of those morsels and place them atop an ungreased baking sheet. You will then slide this baking sheet inside the oven, and let it bake for about 7-8 minutes. You’ll know you can remove them from the oven once they have fully set.
Now, you’ll want to get started on your glaze. To do that, grab another mixing bowl, and in it, combine your corn syrup, hot water, remaining ounce of melted chocolate, and confectioners’ sugar.
Then, once those cookies have mellowed back down to room temperature, artistically drizzle this glaze all over them.
