First, grab all of your ingredients, except for your tincture and sour cream. Toss that lengthy list of ingredients into a substantially-sized saucepan, and mix everything up as best you can.
Bring those contents to a boil, and don’t forget to give the saucepan a stir every now and then during this portion of the process.
Once you hit that boiling point, reduce the heat, and cover up that saucepan, as these ingredients continue to simmer with one another for about 30 minutes.
Then, when everything is fully heated through, grab a ladle, and start distributing your chili. Once you have successfully transferred your desired amount to a bowl, you can apply your desired amount of tincture into the chili, and be sure to mix it in there to the best of your ability.
Top each serving off with a dollop of sour cream, and boom, you’re done!
