Preheat that oven to a respectable 350°.
As that faithful oven heats up, grab a cookie sheet, and line that bad boy with some parchment paper.
This will help ensure that none of the Cannabis Kale Chips stick to the sheet during the baking process.
Now, you’ll want to get your hands on that bunch of kale, and start to remove the leaves from the stem.
You can do this in any number of ways. You can use kitchen shears, a knife, or even your hands. It’s completely up to you.
There are no wrong answers here, so go with what feels most comfortable to you, and you should be more than fine.
As you remove them from the stem, in whatever way you see fit, make sure to break the leaves down into more bite-size pieces. I mean, they are chips, after all.
Place all of those pieces onto that previously-prepared cookie sheet, and drizzle your cannabis-infused cooking oil over all the pieces.
Make sure to try your best to hit each one with a similar amount of oil.
You’ll want each bite to offer up an expected, reliable THC-powered “punch.” Plus, the more evenly distributed, the easier it will be to gauge your dosage.
After you’re happy with how the oil is spread out amongst those chips, sprinkle your desired amount of salt and red pepper flakes on them, as well.
When that quick step is complete, toss that cookie sheet into your preheated oven, and let those bad boys bake for anywhere between 10 to 15 minutes.
It is important, however, to make sure these guys don’t get burned. So, keep a watchful eye on them towards the end of the process.
You’ll know things are ready to go when the edges are a bit brown, but not singed from excessive heat.
When all of that seems to be looking like it should, remove the sheet from the oven, and dump your chips onto a plate. Nothing left to do at this point, other than DIVE IN!
