To get started, you’ll want to combine your apples, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and your cinnamon together in a large bowl, and let those ingredients sit amongst each other for an hour or so.
Then, in a completely different bowl, cream together your cannabis-infused butter and sugar, and keep that going, until they develop a light, airy consistency.
At this point, you can beat in one egg at a time. Followed by your vanilla extract.
After that, mix together your salt and flour in a different bowl, before adding it to this creamed mixture, and blend everything together with one another until the contents take on a super-smooth consistency.
Upon completing that step, transfer that batter into a previously-greased loaf pan. One that’s roughly 9” x 5” would be ideal.
Now, you’ll want to strategically push down some apple slices, vertically, directly into the batter. And don’t be shy about placing them fairly close to each other. In fact, that’s what you should be aiming to do.
Your oven should be properly heated at 300° at this point. And, if it is, toss that loaf pan inside, and allow it to bake for nearly 2 hours, keeping an eye on it the whole time.
You’ll know it’s ready to go, once it passes that legendary “toothpick test of done-ness.”
If it does, simply remove it from the oven, and place it on a wire rack to cool down for at least 10 minutes. But, once that time period has elapsed, it should still be warm, and you can feel free to slice it up for you and your friends to enjoy.
