You’ll first want to preheat your oven to 425°. And, as that oven warms up to our desired temperature, you can grease up a cookie sheet, either with some butter, or non-stick cooking spray.

Following those quick preliminary steps, you’ll then want to peel and chop your sweet potato, this will help it boil faster. And, after you have fully cooked the sweet potato, allow it to cool down for a little bit. Then, once you are able to handle the potato without burning yourself, you can toss in your milk, and whisk those two elements together as best you can.

Now, you’ll want to mix together your dry ingredients.

So, in a different bowl, toss in your sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder, and mix them all together. When you’re happy with how blended everything is with one another, add in your tablespoons of cannabis-infused butter. Work that into the mix until everything starts to take on a “crumbly” texture and consistency.

At this point, go back to that potato and milk mixture, and add it into your bowl of cannabis butter and dry ingredients. Incorporate these two blends together through some folding with a spatula, or similar kitchen device.
