Like with most pasta dishes of this nature, you’ll want to kick things off by properly preparing your pasta. To do that, bring a pot of salt water to a full boil, and toss your pasta inside to cook for around 10 minutes. When it’s nice and al dente, drain the water, and proceed onward with the recipe.
Then, in a saucepan, melt your cannabis-infused butter. As that melts, toss in your olive oil (regular or infused) along with it. Be sure to have the heat set on “Medium” for this step.
When you’re happy with how everything is looking, stir in your delicious onion, and cook it until it’s translucent and soft. Which, in my experience, takes about 2 minutes.
Following that, stir in your mushroom, red pepper, and garlic. Kick it up to “Medium-to-High” heat for this part of the recipe, and keep cooking everything until the contents softened up a touch. That usually happens in a couple minutes, so stay vigilant.
Next, you’ll need to stir in your shrimp. Cook those bad boys until they are pink and firm. Then, when you see that happen, pour in your can of Alfredo sauce, along with your cream and Romano cheese.
Keep stirring up those amazing ingredients, as everything comes to a simmer for about 5 minutes. When it starts to thicken up, you can season the whole thing with your salt, pepper, and cayenne.
Then, simply grab your previously-made pasta, and stir it into that delectable mixture of sauce. After you’ve adequately coated the pasta in that sauce, plate yourself out a portion, grab a fork, perhaps a glass of wine, and settle in for a truly phenomenal dinner.
