As soon as you have all of the ingredients assembled, it is time to start making some Cookie Dough Cups!
Preheat oven to 350°
Grab your most trusted baking sheet and gently dust some flour over it. Have your oven preheated to 350° and bake that sheet for 5 or so minutes in order to destroy any bacteria that may be lingering on the baking sheet. This is strictly a precautionary measure.
Grab a moderately large bowl and throw in some of your newly created cannabis-butter (melted). Also, be sure to add in some brown sugar and mix them together.
After that, throw in some granulated sugar and cream cheese, making sure to keep mixing and stirring the whole time. Following that, throw in the flour, salt, vanilla extract, mini chocolate chips, and baking soda – again, be sure to keep that mixing up throughout.
Finally, grab little balls of this newly assembled cookie dough, flatten each sphere ever so slightly, and place them in a safe place for the moment. Then, you are going to want to grab a much smaller bowl and melt chocolate inside of it with the help of your microwave.
Once that is done, pick up that muffin tin and put some trusty lining cups inside. Carefully take that melted chocolate, via a spoon, and plop a good amount into each cup. Then, take those balls of cookie dough, and place them gently atop the melted chocolate in the cups.
With your remaining melted chocolate, smoothly pour it over the top of each cookie dough cup. Feel free to use any sort of method of shaking the tin to make sure there is even coverage of chocolate to be enjoyed in each.
The only thing left to do at this point in the recipe is throw that tin full of THC-Infused Cookie Dough Cups into the fridge for half an hour – at least. I would say aim for the 45-minute mark to attain a truly dense, super dank treat – but that is really all a matter of personal preference at the end of the day.
