Once you’ve gotten ahold of those ingredients, you can feel free to preheat that oven of yours to a nice 375°.
While that baby is warming up, you can start to season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Depending on the thickness, you can go light or heavy with your seasoning. Personally, I find that pork can’t have enough salt, so I tend to have a heavier hand when it comes to this portion of the process. But, again, it’s completely up to you.
When you’ve completed that step, put them aside for a moment, and grab a small bowl for mixing. In this small bowl, you’ll want to place your garlic, rosemary, and cannabis-infused butter (½ cup’s worth or so).
Mix those ingredients together, until they are perfectly intertwined with one another. After you’ve accomplished that goal, place this bowl to the side and find yourself a skillet.
Place this skillet over medium heat. Then, you’ll want to dump in about 1 tablespoon (or so) of your homemade cannabis-infused cooking oil. This sets up a nice, potent base for the pork chops.
Speaking of, you can now grab those seasoned pork chops, and gently place them in the skillet. Keep those babies sizzling for 4-5 minutes. This ought to develop a pretty healthy sear.
While those pork chops are working their way towards perfection, grab that cannabis-infused garlic butter from that small bowl, and expertly coat the top of the chop.
Be sure to hit as much of the available “pork real estate” as you can, because you’ll want every bite of this meal to pack a similarly strong punch.
Once you’ve reached that 4-5 minute time limit, flip those bad boys and leave them searing on the skillet for another 4-5 minutes. Again, coat the chop with as much infused garlic butter as you see fit.
Personally, I keep brushing those chops until my bowl is damn near empty, and I suggest you do the same. But remember to keep a little bit leftover for when you eventually plate this meal. Trust me, you’ll be happy that you did. After that second side has developed an equally mouthwatering sear, you’ll want to remove that skillet from the heat source, and place it in the oven to fully cook for another 12 or so minutes. You’ll know the pork is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145°, which is something you can easily check with a standard meat thermometer.
When they’ve hit that required temperature, you can remove them from the oven, and craftily place them on a plate, along with a couple gobs of that cannabis-infused garlic butter for good measure. And that is it, party people.
You can now sit down, possibly by candlelight, with your significant other and enjoy some truly amazing Rosemary Pork Chops that are completely infused with cannabis.
These THC-infused Pork Chops are the furthest thing from childish, I assure you. This dish is rich with dankness and maturity, making it the ideal meal for any elder enthusiast looking for a sophisticated way to end their day.
Not only can you impress your friends, family, and loved ones with this recipe, but it also resulted in a surplus of cannabis-infused butter and cooking oil. The likes of which you can utilize in any future recipe. And believe me, that will always come in handy.
