To kick things off with this recipe, you’re going to need to find a somewhat shallow dish. In it, stir together your cannabis-infused olive oil, garlic, ginger, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and honey.
Next, you’ll want to season each of your fillets with your desired amount of salt and pepper, before placing them into that infused honey mixture. Also, it should be noted that, if the fillets still have skin on them, place them into the dish with their skins facing downward. Cover everything, and toss it in the fridge to marinate for about 20 minutes or so.
Then, after that brief marination period, you can grab a big skillet, and warm up your cannabis-infused vegetable oil, over “Medium-to-High” heat.
As that heats up, you can remove your fish from the fridge, and take them out of that dish of marinade, but keep that marinade for later on in the recipe.
Place each fish fillet in the skillet to fry for 5 or so minutes on each side. Also, only turn the fish once during this frying process. You’ll know it’s ready when the fish easily flakes with the turn of a fork.
At that point, you can remove the fish from the skillet, and place them on a serving dish, but do your best to keep them as warm as possible for the time being.
Next, you’ll pour that previously-reserved marinade into the skillet, and heat it over “Medium” heat, until the contents turn into a delicious glaze. When that happens, drizzle and spoon your glaze over the fish, and serve them up as soon as possible.
