Popcorn Nugs

To some, more “particular” enthusiasts, their bud has to be large, dense, and or covered in hairs and trichomes. This bud, as exemplified in the picture, is still “small” when compared to those nugs. Now, for people like you and I, this is still a very worthwhile, substantially-sized bud. And it seems as though the cultivators deemed this size of bud a “popcorn bud” which makes me assume the typical hybrid blend from this company is probably huge.

Hmm. I’ve recently learned that “Popcorn Buds” are typically smaller than the usual buds you see in an 1/8th, or what have you. Also, I’ve learned that they are usually found near the bottom of the crop, itself. But, in this picture, the “Popcorn Bud” appears to be rather large, if not just a “normal” bud. Is this a mistake on the brand’s part, or can popcorn buds be this large? Don’t get me wrong, I’m happy either way, just trying to educate myself.

I liked how these nugs looked. I was expecting some frail, wispy nugs, and these were nothing but impressive. However, my love affair only increased when I realized they were super potent.

I smoked some of these popcorn buds during a movie and had an amazing time. Would definitely recommend it. Especially because of the price.
