easy for use
Convenient because its in a capsule but its cheaper to fill capsules yourself. Perdonsti get a syringe and a pack of these and 1:1 it. double up to feel any therapeutic effects.
Non consistent experience
5 evenings use only 3 of the 5 gave me an anticipated result.
No buzz, No delightful anything for those 2 of 5 uses.
