Mindy’s Chocolate and Peanut Brittle
The THC infused chocolates come in four different flavors. They have Dark Chocolate Almond Toffee, Marshmallow Graham, Milk Chocolate Peanut Brittle, and White Chocolate Raspberry Creme. They are available in 50 mg and 100 mg, but Exhale only seemed to carry the 50 mg. They also mentioned they had just been bought out due to a recent festival in town.
After picking this up, I went home and did some research on the company itself. It turns out Mindy has years of experience and training from many Chicago restaurants and even owns her own restaurant and Mindy’s Hot Chocolate Bakery. Her edibles are inspired by the desserts readily available at the restaurant and bakery, as well as her own recipes from her cookbook, “Cookie Love.” She even extracts her own distillate so she can control the flavors more accurately. It is really admiring to see someone so passionate about the making of their edibles.
Taste and Texture
They are so delicious, it is hard not to eat the whole bar at once. The peanut brittle was super good. The chocolate was very silky and the brittle itself was just crunchy enough that it didn’t get stuck in my teeth. I also tried out the White Chocolate Raspberry Creme flavor and that was even better, especially if you are a white chocolate fan like myself. I was worried because I usually don’t like fruit in my chocolate, but it was everything you could have hoped for in the taste, creamy white chocolate with a not so overbearing raspberry cream.
Effect
They are sectioned off into 10 mg pieces and I took about 25 mg. About two hours later I could feel the effects of Mindy’s Chocolate. I was relaxed and a bit dazed and just sat around and played some video games. It was super enjoyable and mellow. I also took a fancy bath and really relaxed into the feel of this one. I am glad to say that I did not take the whole 50 MG because it may have been too much all at once. The 25 mg felt like the perfect amount, especially if you just plan on staying indoors.
For the White Chocolate bar, I did the same thing. I took half of it right after work, and just settled into the nice feeling. I played some games, but then after a little while, decided on the rest of the bar, since I did not have to work the next day. That helped me fall asleep all comfy and cozy and didn’t overwhelm me in the slightest.

I went to Exhale Dispensary initially to pick up a few different strains to try out. Once in the shop, I was informed about the available strains and I inquired about other items such as concentrates and edibles. Everything they had was a good price, and there were many things to choose from, but Mindy’s THC Infused Chocolate caught my eye. The chocolate was less than $10. I am also a sucker for packaging, and I really liked how the chocolate was designed and the packaging was made.

User's Reviews:
One of the Leaders
Well, that’s a bit of difficult query to answer, as that answer is pretty much relative. Yes, Mindy’s is one of the leaders in the edible realm of the cannabis industry, but there are plenty of other companies and brands out there that provide similar quality, if not better. So, do a little trial and error the next time you’re shopping for edibles, and I’m sure you’ll find one that suits your specific needs with ease.
Are they?
I’ve heard good things about “Mindy’s” but are they really the best edible company in the industry?
Meh 'twas OK
Meh. It was “OK” I guess. Nothing special, if you ask me. But maybe I just have a high tolerance.
I was Blown Away
I was blown away when I bought these from the dispensary. I had no clue they would taste THIS good! Unreal…
