First off, put your melted cannabis-infused butter and avocados in a mixing bowl together. With the help of an immersion blender, blend these two ingredients together until the contents are creamy and smooth.
Upon completing that step, you can proceed to distribute this mixture into a saucepan placed over “Low” heat. And keep stirring up the contents frequently.
Now, grab your Irish cream, and pour it into the saucepan, and don’t stop stirring.
Follow that up, by adding in your cocoa powder, and keep stirring everything, until you can see that all the ingredients are fully incorporated with one another.
At that point, you can stir in your confectioners’ sugar but only do so 1 cup at a time. Each time, before you add more, you should be sure that the sugar has been fully worked into the mixture, and that the contents are nice and smooth.
Upon completing that step, you’ll want to melt your white and semi-sweet chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl in, you guessed it, the microwave. But only do so in 30-second intervals, stirring up the contents very well between each interval. The entire process should take roughly 2-3 minutes. The goal is to not overheat your chocolate.
When you’re happy with how everything is looking, you can distribute this melted chocolate into the saucepan, and really do your best to fully mix everything together intricately. When you feel like you’ve done an adequate job, you can remove it from the heat.
Next, grab some wax paper, and proceed to line the interior of your 9” x 11” pan.
After that brief preliminary step, you will then pour your infused fudge into this pan, and place it in the fridge for an hour, at the very least.
Then, once it has set nicely, you can grab yourself a portion, and start chowing down!
