When I was 6, I assumed I knew what I needed to know about ice cream. It came in a bunch of different flavors, I could get it in a cup or a cone, and it was always good. There wasn’t much else to it, in my opinion. But that was long before I even entetained the idea of toppings.The day my mom took me to Baskin Robbins, and surprised me with a hot fudge sundae, will always be looked upon as the day my taste in desserts changed forever. The decandance and richness of the fudge played off the frigid ice cream beneath it in the most delightful way.

- To kick things off, you’re going to want to grab yourself a microwave-safe bowl. In it, pour your delicious chocolate syrup, and toss it in that faithful microwave for about 2 minutes on high. Every 30-seconds, you should stop the microwave, that way the chocolate won’t boil or burn.
- After that, thoroughly stir your desired amount of THC Tincture into your peanut butter. Then, when you feel like those two ingredients couldn’t possibly be blended in with one another any more, transfer that newly-infused peanut butter blend into your bowl of hot chocolate. Stir everything up together until the contents take on silky smooth consistency.
- Following that quick mixing, place the bowl onto the counter to cool back down to room temperature before proceeding onward with the recipe.
- At that point, you’ll take a substantially-sized dish (roughly 9” x 13”), and line the bottom of it with some ice cream sandwiches.
- When you’ve accomplished that task, expertly spread about half of your whipped topping over those freshly-laid sandwiches in the dish.
- On top of that, distribute about half of your infused peanut butter and chocolate mixture. Top that layer off with half of your salted peanuts.
- Repeat that layering process until you fill the dish or you run out of supplies.
Notes
When you’re happy with how everything is looking, you’ll want to toss that whole thing into the freezer for at least an hour. Then, when it’s nice and firm, you can cut the whole thing into equally-sized square portions, and that’s it!
