Ah, Las Vegas. There really is no other place like it. You would be hard-pressed to find anyone who says they don’t hold a soft spot for this desert oasis. Planted in the middle of nowhere, stands this illustrious city of entertainment and fine dining. For decades, Las Vegas has been a place where folks can truly let their hair down and unleash their inner child.

While many spend the majority of their time in Vegas plopped in front of a slot machine getting free drinks or roaming the massive Strip (often with these same drinks), there is so much more to this town than just cruising through the multitude of air-conditioned casinos. The next time you find yourself a bit stoned in Vegas with no idea of how to spend your day, may I suggest the following ten activities that are almost tailor-made to satisfy the stoner in us all.

Top 10 Things To Do In Vegas While Stoned

10. Bellagio Fountains

I don’t want to speak for every other cannabis enthusiast out there, but whenever I am in a “higher” state of mind, nothing pleases the ol’ eyes more than some quality visuals. The more grandiose the better, in my opinion. Which is why I can’t help but recommend stopping by this attraction in order to catch one of the many water shows that these world-famous fountains put on display for curious passersby. Did I mention it is completely free to watch? That means you will have more money to drop at a local dispensary the second you start to notice your stash running low.

9. The Mirage Volcano

Much like the Bellagio Fountains, gazing upon this unique piece of creative art is unreal for the senses to behold. Especially if you are high! Watching this faux volcano erupt is surprisingly impressive. Again, this is one of those cost-effective activities that you and your stoner pals can enjoy whilst traversing the expansive Las Vegas Strip. It is a truly breathtaking visual for your elevated brain to witness, and it is sure to have you stuck in total awe and amazement. At least, that is how I feel every time after checking it out (stoned).

8. Madame Tussauds Wax Museum

Whenever I am good and “lit” I like testing my brain with certain things. Sometimes it is via a curious puzzle, other times it comes courtesy of an informative documentary. There is something super unique and mind-bendingly fun about walking around a wax museum. While other locations can offer up a lackluster selection of “melting” celebrities that barely resemble the famed person’s likeness, the artists over at Madame Tussauds are beyond talented with their wax interpretations. While this place is already fun on its own, just imagine how fun it would be to check out after a couple joints.

7. A Las Vegas Golden Knights Game

Professional sporting events are always a blast. But given that the T-Mobile Arena where the local professional hockey team plays is located on the Strip, it only takes this experience to the next-level. If you thought pregaming in a parking lot was fun, imagine hitting up stellar bars, restaurants, and dispensaries before tossing on your favorite hockey sweater and watching one of the league’s best squads do work on the ice. Plus, it is a great way to escape from the unforgiving desert sun.

6. David Copperfield Magic Show

Many people don’t like magic. That is a sad fact, but it is true. That is mostly because they have never seen it in person – stoned out of their mind. If these haters were to actually immerse themselves in a magic show of this caliber, such as the one that can be found at the MGM starring world-renowned magician, David Copperfield, they would walk out of that theater true believers in the “dark arts.” Especially if they are a few joints in before taking their seat. It really is that fun, and it is an experience that should be enjoyed by all.

5.‘Retail Therapy’ At Grand Canal Shoppes

Whenever I am on vacation (or just looking for something to do), I have a great time cruising through a mall. The Grand Canal Shoppes aren’t just any collection of stores. This establishment seems to have been constructed to please the elevated senses of the local stoner. The ceilings are all painted with clouds, and the dim lighting they have makes one feel like they are walking through a swanky boulevard at dusk. There is even a stream that follows throughout, with a working gondola! If that doesn’t perk up your stoner senses, I am not sure what will!

4. TopGolf

This suggestion is for all of my sport-loving stoners out there. This unique experience combines the comfort of drinking and golfing with the competitive edge of an arcade. Imagine if Dave & Busters decided to open up a fun driving range, complete with a full bar. It is almost like the bowling-equivalent of golfing, to be quite honest. There is no walking, no carts, no group behind you pressuring you to “hurry up.” So just feel free to show up good and stoned, and see if you can out drive your friends at this one-of-a-kind driving range. It is awesome!

3. The High Roller

This supremely fun bar attraction is located at The LINQ Hotel and it is a “can’t miss” in my personal opinion. This massive ferris wheel has a working bar inside each and every cabin. Its slow stroll to the top allows you (and your equally stoned buddies) to take in every angle that this amazing city has to offer. It is basically like a private party in the sky. When you are lit out of your gourd, there really is nothing better. It is beyond phenomenal, and everyone should check it out if they are lucky enough to grab a spot on this carnival-esque booze cruise.

2. FLY LINQ Zipline

Seems like the folks over at The LINQ know how to show visitors one hell of a time. This experience scratches all the “experience itches” that any tourist (or stoner, in this case) may have. Ever gotten so high you felt like flying? Well, now you can! This supremely fun attraction safely hooks up patrons to a speedy zipline that sends them careening over the hoards of folks cruising down the strip. It offers fantastic views and an experience you will never forget – even if you are super high.

1. Cirque du Soleil Show

Currently, this world-famous choreographed show has 7 (that is right, 7) different events it offers to the public. Each of which specializes in its very own medium and/or inspiration. There is a Michael Jackson-inspired show, a futuristic experience, and even one dedicated to the influence that The Beatles had on this great nation – just to name a few. Their unmatched talent and stunning visuals will please any and all stoners who are lucky enough to grab themselves some tickets. Trust me this is one of those experiences that you would regret not partaking in. Which is why it has more than earned the coveted top spot of things to do in Las Vegas…while stoned.
