Making your own CBD infused beauty and body treatments at home is easier than you think. Here is one of my favorite home-made skin care treats to keep on hand!

Cost: 20
Instructions
- Combine the following dry ingredients into a decent size bowl: epsom salt, followed by citric acid, baking soda, and corn starch.
- In a smaller bowl combine the wet ingredients: water, essential oils, CBD oil, & oil.
- Pour the liquid mixture slowly into the dry mixture, a little at a time. Stir slowly as you pour. You do not want this to start to fizzing. If you pour the mixture in too quickly, it will most definitely start to fizz.
- Once all the liquid has been combines, whisk until no lumps are left. When all is mixed thoroughly, the consistency should be similar to wet sand. Get a handful and squeeze your fist around it, then release your grip to see if it maintains its shape. If it does, you are good to go. If it does not, add a little bit more water.
- Pack the molds! This is a time sensitive step, because the mixture will start to dry out. Pack each half of the molds separately and tightly (think like packed brown sugar). Combine both halves and repeat until all of the molds are filled.
- Allow these to dry for a FULL 24 hours. Do NOT open the molds.
Notes
You can now utilize the benefits of Cannabidiol (CBD) oil to level up your home beauty routine. We know that inflammation is the primary cause many skin issues from acne, eczema, rosacea and others. Because of the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of cannabinoids using it can help to reduce puffiness, redness, and even tenderness. It’s the perfect skin care addition because of its ability to target all of those skin care concerns/pains simultaneously.
