I’m sorry for sounding “extreme” or “hyperbolic,” but if you never give this Pot Penne Arrabiata a shot, you’re not living a full life. I apologize for such a bold statement, but it’s the truth. The flavors, the potency, the super simple recipe, there’s nothing negative to say about this cannabis creation. It’s damn near perfect.

Cost: approx. $15-$20
Instructions
- First thing’s first. You’re going to want to heat up ¼ cup of your cannabis-infused olive oil in a fairly big skillet placed over “Medium” heat.
- You can follow that up by tossing in your garlic, and let that saute for 3-4 minutes. Next, you’ll sprinkle your red pepper flakes into the skillet, and let those saute amongst the oil and garlic for 60 seconds or so.
- Then, you’ll pour in your tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and basil. Let all of those deliciously dank flavors simmer amongst one another for roughly 20 minutes. Don’t forget to stir up the contents every so often during this portion of the recipe.
- As that’s simmering, bring a large pot of salted water to a full boil. In it, toss your penne pasta, and cook it for a little under 10 minutes. When they are tender, drain them, and move on to the next step of the recipe.
- In order to do that, you’ll need to grab a small bowl, and whisk your eggs inside of it with the help of a fork. Then, in a completely different bowl, put in your bread crumbs, along with your salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir all of those elements until they are fully incorporated with one another.
- Next, grab a chicken cutlet, and dip it into the egg bowl first, and follow that up with a dip in the bread crumb bowl. Make sure each cutlet gets a full coating, before proceeding on to the next one.
- When you’ve successfully dipped and coated your cutlets, you’ll want to heat up your remaining cannabis-infused olive oil in a big skillet, again over “Medium” heat. When that’s warm enough, toss in your cutlets, and let them fry on each side for 5 minutes. When the breading on each side is nice and brown, you’ll know they are ready.
- Take those cutlets out of the skillet, and place them on a cutting board. Grab a knife, and slice the chicken into strips.
- Then, take those freshly-sliced chicken strips, and toss them in your sauce. Let them simmer in those delectable ingredients for roughly 10 minutes.
- When that time period is over, toss in your cooked penne, and stir everything up for a few minutes. Then, when the pasta has fully absorbed the flavors (and potency), you can portion yourself out a plate, and dig in!
