Strain: Grape Stomper

Grape Stomper is an indica-dominant hybrid. It was created by crossing Purple Elephant with Chemdawg Sour Diesel. Both of Grape Stomper's parents are phenomenal in their own right, and Grape Stomper is super dank. Grape Stomper regularly tests with THC percentages in the high 20's and low 30's.
I just wasn't impressed with the look of Grape Stomper. The buds are very small, and it is extremely dry weed. Grape Stomper does have a decent amount of trichomes, but the buds are so dry they crumble into powder in the grinder. Each nug is a darker shade of green with a very tiny amount of orange hair. The overall look of Grape Stomper just didn't impress me.
I just wasn't impressed with the scent of Grape Stomper. It was mediocre. The aroma of Grape Stomper reminds me a lot of Grandaddy Purp or Grape Ape. It smells like grape-flavored kool-aid. The smell is nice it's just very weak. Usually, purple strains stink up the entire room, but I had to sniff really hard to get the aroma of Grape Stomper into my nose.
Grape Stomper tastes just like it smells, like skunky fuel and grape kool-aid. The smoke is extremely heavy and coats my mouth, leaving a gasoline taste. The smoke is spicy on exhale and burns my throat. The flavor is pleasant, but like the flavor is kinda weak. If it tasted strong, I would have given it a 4. The overall flavor was nice, but the burning in my throat wasn't cool.
The high from Grape Stomper was mostly body high. It crept up on me about 20 minutes or so after smoking. My body was relaxed, and I felt a slight buzzing feeling. The munchies were pretty crazy. I ate almost an entire cheese pizza and a large bag of chips. Grape Stomper most definitely improved the flavor of food and heightened my taste buds.
Cannabis users that are having issues with low appetite should try Grape Stomper. It will make the user want to eat the entire grocery store. This a great evening or bedtime strain because it can make the user drowsy. So this would be great for users suffering from insomnia. It did make my mouth very dry, so make sure you have thirst-quenchers readily available.
Grape Stomper is a nice indica-dominant hybrid. It gives the user a very euphoric and body relaxing high. It would be great for relaxation, appetite, and sleep. If you like Grape Ape, you will like the effect of Grape Stomper. I was a little disappointed by the look and the smell although it tasted good and the high was quite euphoric.

Thrive Cannabis Marketplace is located near downtown Las Vegas. It has a rather large facility with a giant parking lot. The front room, for checking in, was a bit cramped, but the receptionist got me into the waiting room quickly. The showroom is very sleek. All of the walls are gray, and they have really cool old pictures of Las Vegas. The showroom is very busy, but the budtenders seem to be taking their time with each customer. Once I got to the counter, I asked for the best purple strain. The budtender showed me four different strains at various prices. He was super friendly and eager to show off his knowledge of the products Thrive Cannabis Marketplace has to offer. The showroom is always packed with people, yet everyone seems nice and mellow. The environment is calm, and the hip-hop music playing in the room is a nice touch. Thrive offers a discount for locals and a rewards program. The flow of people seemed to be moving very smoothly, and the budtenders seemed to be getting people in and in in a reasonable amount of time, After selecting the products I wanted to buy, I paid and headed home to smoke.
