I’m sure there’s a lot of you out there who have chosen to read this recipe out of pure curiosity. You may be under the assumption that, since brownies don’t have any meat in them, they are already “vegan.” That actually isn’t the case. Many may forget that vegans don’t partake in any animal product or byproduct. And, as we all know (and love), there’s a lot of butter in a typical brownie recipe. But these Vegan Pot Brownies are specifically designed for the vegan stoner in your life. Which, by all accounts, could very well be you.

Instructions

  • To get going on this recipe for vegan-friendly weed brownies, you’re going to want to preheat your oven to 350°.
  • Next, you’ll need to grab a fairly big mixing bowl. In that big mixing bowl, you’ll need to stir together your salt, baking powder, cocoa powder, sugar, and flour.
  • Once those ingredients are completely mixed in with one another, you can pour in your vanilla extract, water, and cannabis-infused vegetable oil.
  • When all of those ingredients are fully blended, you can spread this newly-made batter into a baking pan. Try to use one that’s 9” x 13” in dimension.
  • Then, when your oven reaches that desired temperature level, toss that baking pan in to bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • When you notice that the top of the baking pan is no longer sporting that shiny, glossy exterior, you can remove it from the oven
  • Place the brownies on the counter to cool for roughly 10 minutes.
  • After those 10 minutes, you can grab a knife, and proceed to cut these brownies into 16 evenly-sized squares, and that’s it, you’re done.

Notes

Now you have a batch of Vegan Pot Brownies that taste just as amazing as their butter-filled counterpart.
With addictively delicious edibles like this, it’s hard to not eat the whole batch in one sitting. Trust me, I understand the urge for overindulgence. But, I strongly urge you to practice a bit of caution here.
The calculation of a proper dose with homemade treats of this nature is often a crap-shoot, which is why it’s always best to ease into the situation. By that I mean, take a few little bites, perhaps a whole brownie, but give it over an hour to release its effects through your metabolism. Don’t just wait 10 minutes to scarf down another one. That may lead you to a standard “too high” moment.
Just go nice and slow with these, and every other edible you make at home, and you will always have a fun, relaxing experience. I guarantee it.
Eat responsibly, my fellow cannabis enthusiasts.
