Ingredients
- ⅔ Cup of Cannabis-Infused Butter Cubed
- 4 Large Baking Potatoes
- ⅔ Cup of All-Purpose Flour
- ¾ Teaspoon of Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon of White Pepper
- 6 Cups of Milk 2%
- 1 Cup of Sour Cream
- ¼ Cup of Green Onions Thinly Sliced
- 1 Cup of Cheddar Cheese Shredded

- The first thing you’re going to do is preheat your oven to 350°.
- As that warms up, grab a fork, and expertly pierce each one of your potatoes several times, before placing them on a baking sheet.
- When your oven hits that desired temperature, you can slide in this baking sheet of potatoes, and leave them in there, until they are “fork tender.” Which usually takes somewhere between 65-75 minutes, from start to finish.
- When they’re done, place them on the counter, until they completely cool down.
- After that, you will want to peel and strategically cube those potatoes.
- Next, grab a substantially-sized saucepan, and melt your cannabis-infused butter in it, over “Medium” heat. After that fully melts, you can start to stir in your flour, salt, and pepper. Keep that going until the contents take on a smooth consistency. At which point, you can gently add in your milk.
- Bring all of that to a boil, and don’t stop stirring! Keep cooking and stirring up the contents, until you develop a rich, thick texture. In my experience, that doesn’t take much longer than a couple of minutes.
- When you hit that desired level of thickness, you can stir in those potatoes of yours, and make sure to keep the heat on, as you’ll want to cook these potatoes all the way through.
- Upon completing that culinary task, you’ll want to remove the mixture from the heat, before stirring in your green onions and sour cream.
- Pour out individual servings, topping each bowl off with a healthy amount of bacon and cheese, and boom, that’s it!
