Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons of Cannabis-Infused Butter
  • 6 Cloves of Garlic Unpeeled
  • 1 Medium Head of Cauliflower In Florets
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Pepper
  • ¼ Cup of Golden Raisins
  • ¼ Cup of Parsley Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon of Capers Drained & Chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice

Nowadays, it’s all about staying healthy, and finding healthy snacks. Well, I’m about to teach you how to make a quick and simple snack that won’t increase your waistline, but it will increase your high. That’s right, we’re about to make some THC Browned Butter Roasted Cauliflower.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to a solid 400°.
  • Then, as that warms up, grab your garlic cloves, and cut off the stems. After that, wrap each clove in its own piece of foil, and let these cloves bake in the oven for about a half an hour. You’ll know they are ready when they are soft to the touch.
  • At which point, you can remove them from the oven, discard the foil, and allow them to mellow back down to room temperature. When that happens, squeeze the garlic from their skins, and mash them up as best you can with a trusty fork.
  • Now, you’ll want to grab a small saucepan, and in it, melt your cannabis-infused butter over a “Medium” heat setting. Keep that on the heat for about 5 or so minutes, stirring it up the whole time. After that time period has elapsed, simply remove it from the heat, and set to the side for the time being.
  • Grab your cauliflower, and place it in a previously greased 15” x 10” x 1” baking pan.
  • Pick up your infused butter, and drizzle your desired amount on top of the florets in the baking pan. This is also when you can apply your preferred level of salt and pepper, as well. Pick up the pan, and toss all of the contents around, to ensure that the potency of the butter (and the flavors) are evenly dispersed throughout.
  • Toss the pan in the oven for about 20 minutes. Once they are tender and sporting a golden brown color scheme, you can remove the florets from the oven.
  • Place the florets in a bowl for mixing, and toss in the remaining ingredients, as well as that prepared roasted garlic. Then, when all of those elements are in with the cooked cauliflower, give everything a solid shuffle and toss, to make sure every flavor can be found in each and every bite.
