Instructions

  • To kick things off, we’ll need to heat up our cannabis-infused olive oil on a big griddle placed over “Medium” heat.
  • Follow that up, by stirring in your mushrooms, sausage, green bell pepper, and onion. Keep cooking these elements together until the sausage is completely cooked, which usually takes anywhere between 10-15 minutes. You are also looking for your onions to become slightly browned in the process. When that happens, you can remove everything from the heat.
  • Next, you’ll take your polenta, and put it into that very same griddle. Keep it there for 5 minutes, per side, until it has warmed all the way through.
  • Then, you’ll want to add a layer of your infused vegetable-sausage mixture, followed by your mozzarella cheese and spaghetti sauce, which you will place on the polenta that is currently on the griddle.
  • Cook everything in this state for 6-10 minutes. Then, once you see that the cheese has melted, you can remove it from the griddle, and start slicing it up!
