  • Large saucepan
  • Wooden spoon
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Potato masher
  • Sterilized jars with lids
  • Candy thermometer (optional)

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and mashed
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup cannabis-infused honey or cannabis tincture

  • Wash and hull the strawberries, then mash them with a potato masher or fork until you reach your desired consistency.
  • In a large saucepan, combine the mashed strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir well.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally. The mixture should thicken and reach 220°F (105°C) on a candy thermometer, or it should pass the "wrinkle test" on a chilled plate.
  • Once the jam has thickened, remove it from the heat and stir in the cannabis-infused honey or tincture until fully incorporated.
  • Carefully ladle the hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving about 1/4 inch of headspace at the top.
  • Wipe the rims of the jars with a clean, damp cloth and seal with the lids.
  • Allow the jars to cool to room temperature before refrigerating. The jam will continue to thicken as it cools.

  • The potency of the jam will depend on the strength of the cannabis-infused honey or tincture used. Adjust the amount based on your desired effect and tolerance.
  • Store the jam in the refrigerator for up to 1 month or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
  • Clearly label the jars to prevent accidental consumption, especially by children or pets.
  • Always start with a small portion to gauge the effects and avoid overconsumption.
